SaaStr 2019 takes place February 5-7, 2019 in San Jose, California. This year’s event will treat over 12,500 attendees to hundreds of speakers and dozens of events over its three days.

In addition to attending presentations from some of the top minds in the SaaS space, attendees can also look forward to exhibitions in the conference’s expo center. Whether you want to take a break during a session or learn more about new ideas and offerings while you grab a bite to eat, the expo area is open all three days – and it’s right in the center of the action.

Here are 15 exhibitors we’re excited to see at SaaStr:

ActiveCampaign

Email marketing is a powerful tool, but what if you could automate it entirely? ActiveCampaign seeks to do exactly that, combining email marketing, automation tools, sales & CRM, and messaging into a single platform. While the company offers a free trial, we’re looking forward to seeing ActiveCampaign “in person” at SaaStr 2019 as well.

ActiveCampaign is one of the older members of the SaaS world, having been cash flow positive since 2003, according to CEO Jason VandeBoom. In an interview with Mixergy’s Andrew Warner, VandeBoom discusses the importance of “optimal timing” to SaaS startup success. Is SaaStr the optimal time for us to check out the ActiveCampaign exhibit? We’re going to find out.

CardConnect

A diamond-level sponsor of SaaStr 2019, CardConnect counts companies like Adobe, General Electric and Madison Square Garden among its current clients. Since CardConnect became part of First Data in July 2018, CEO Jeffrey Shanahan has focused on creating the highly innovative feel of a Silicon Valley company in CardConnect’s Pennsylvania headquarters.

CardConnect strives to provide a friendly, open environment in their offices, which leads us to believe they’ll be right at home in the middle of SaaStr’s bustling expo center.

Chargebee

As any business grows, it needs more effective ways to manage subscriptions, make it easy to get paid, and track its financial information. Chargebee seeks to take the pain out of payments by making it easier for business and their customers to handle subscriptions.

Chargebee founder and CEO Krish Subramanian recently spoke on a SaaStr podcast, sharing his views on the importance of maintaining a “bootstrap mindset” to stay resourceful. Chargebee’s exhibit at SaaStr 2019 offers a great opportunity to see the results of the bootstrap mindset in action.

DataFox

DataFox was recently purchased by Oracle, promising an added boost to DataFox’s effectiveness. DataFox offers a cloud-based artificial intelligence data engine and detailed data on over 2.8 million public and private business in order to help companies make more effective business decisions.

In a letter regarding the new relationship between DataFox and Oracle, Oracle’s senior vice president of applications development Steve Miranda expressed optimism that the combination would allow both companies to further improve on their own respective strengths. We’re curious to see the results at DataFox’s exhibit at SaaStr 2019.

Gainsight

Customer service is the heart of many businesses, and it’s the center of Gainsight’s passion and success as well. A diamond-level sponsor of SaaStr 2019, Gainsight will be present to demonstrate the power of its award-winning customer management platform.

Gainsight CMO Anthony Kennada sums up our own excitement about this year’s event: “Can’t wait to be back at SaaStr Annual in 2019!”

Go Nimbly

“SaaS companies need more than growth,” Go Nimbly states on its website. Customers are changing the way they interact with businesses, pressuring go-to-market teams to keep up — or risk unsustainable growth decisions. Go Nimbly helps these teams better understand what’s happening, so they can make the right choices to grow their businesses.

To learn more directly from Go Nimbly CEO Jason Reichl, check out his LinkedIn articles or his engagement on the #SiloNoMore hashtag. Or drop by the Go Nimbly exhibit at SaaStr 2019 to find out what’s next from the company.

Instapage

Spending money on digital advertising doesn’t have to feel like throwing cash down a hole. Instapage focuses on making it easier for marketing teams and agencies to improve conversion rates and overall customer experiences.

Instapage founder and CEO Tyson Quick says that the concept of Instapage grew from his own understanding that companies often struggle to acquire new customers efficiently and affordably. He also noted that digital advertising’s average conversion rate was quite low. Instapage seeks to improve on both, which is why we’re adding their exhibit to our must-see list.

Intercom

Love communicating with customers, learning about their needs and making their dreams come true? So does Intercom, which took off in part because of its early decision to make its tools easy for customers to purchase and try on their own.

At SaaStr 2018, Intercom CEO and co-founder Eoghan McCabe sat down for a podcast with Harry Stebbings and SaaStr founder Jason Lemkin, in which McCabe discussed many of the details of Intercom’s early success and its vision for the future. Having heard it, we’re excited to see how far the company has come in the past twelve months.

Looker

Leveraging data is the future of business, and Looker strives to make it easier for companies to do just that. By combining various data sources and applying analytical tools, Looker makes data more transparent for businesses. Everyone can see the entire picture and make more informed decisions.

Looker CEO Frank Bien explains that today’s businesses need a data platform, not just another prep tool. At SaaStr 2019, we can see what this tool looks like in action.

Paysafe

Payment processing options have proliferated in recent years, yet Paysafe stands out for its focus on custom-tailored solutions for each business it serves. Options include Paysafe for online businesses, platforms and in-store businesses. Choose from tools like card payment options, digital wallets, bank transfer offerings and more.

Todd Linden, CEO of payment processing for North America at Paysafe, says the biggest challenges Paysafe and similar companies face include cryptocurrencies and biometric identification. We’re confident Paysafe will stay on top of these developments and that their presence at SaaStr and similar conferences will help us stay informed.

ProfitWell

Business teams have set goals and tracked their progress for centuries, but ProfitWell brings a time-honored practice into the modern age. The company’s tools help teams stay focused, understand exactly which factors are driving growth, and view customers as individuals as well as understanding the trends they generate.

Recently, ProfitWell CEO Patrick Campbell joined Intercom’s Geoffrey Keating in a podcast at SaaStock in Dublin, in which Campbell discusses some key considerations to setting prices. We’re excited to see ProfitWell’s tools and how they can help making pricing easier.

Quora

Quora is gaining popularity among social media sites for the communities of professionals offering high-quality answers to questions on nearly any topic. Among its regular contributors are SaaStr founder Jason Lemkin, who also hosts the “SaaS Daily from SaaStr!” space on the site.

In a July 2018 interview, Quora founder and CEO Adam D’Angelo explored the future of knowledge-sharing. Topics like these fascinate us, which is why we’re curious to drop by Quora’s exhibit at SaaStr 2019.

SaaSOptics

Many SaaS companies seek to serve businesses in various markets, but SaaSOptics saw a need right in its own backyard. The company focuses on providing subscription management tools for B2B SaaS companies and other subscription-based businesses. As a result, SaaSOptics has gained insight from both sides of the SaaS process.

In 2017, SaaSOptics CEO Tim McCormick announced a Salesforce integration tool that allows companies to more effectively leverage their Salesforce data. With innovations like these, the  SaaSOptics exhibit at SaaStr 2019 is sure to be full of fascinating ideas.

TalkSpirit

What if your enterprise social network drove engagement and efficiency as effectively as your customer-facing tools do? That’s the dream behind TalkSpirit, a customizable platform that allows companies to create their own branded internal social networks to drive collaboration and improve company culture.

TalkSpirit cofounder and CEO Philippe Pinault maintains a presence on Medium, allowing SaaStr attendees to learn more about his approach. Or stop by TalkSpirit’s exhibit to see what the company is offering today.

Zoom

Zoom Video Communications recently received the distinction of being named a 2018 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Meeting Solutions. Zoom leads the charge in video communications, making it easy to meet face to face even when participants are spread over the globe.

Zoom CEO Eric Yuan focuses on building a “culture of happiness” within the company. He’s even named a Chief Happiness Officer at Zoom to help promote the company’s internal culture. We’re certain that positivity and passion will spill over into Zoom’s presence at SaaStr 2019 as well, which makes us excited to discover not only what Zoom is doing, but how they’re doing it.
